Your registration details
AI Theory Map is an independent project by Massimo Gaifa. This notice explains how registration details are used to review requests for access.
What you provide
Your name, email address and a short explanation of your interest are collected for personal review. A LinkedIn or website link is optional. Registration does not collect a password or create an account.
How the details are used
Massimo uses your details to make a case-by-case decision and to contact you about your registration, its outcome and account activation. Review decisions, internal notes and message-processing records support that workflow. Internal notes are not included in applicant emails.
To limit automated or repeated submissions, the application keeps attempt counts associated with a protected identifier derived from your network address.
Where information is processed
The application runs on Vercel and stores registration records in the project’s Neon database. Clerk handles approved account activation and authentication. Resend processes the recipient address and message content needed for registration receipts, review notifications, outcome emails and activation-link recovery.
Submitting the form does not verify your email address. Approved applicants complete account setup through Clerk’s activation flow.
Registration history
Registration and review history are kept to manage access, avoid duplicate submissions and resolve message or activation problems. There is no automatic deletion period configured for this workflow. You can contact Massimo to ask about your details or request their correction or deletion.
Questions about your data
Use the contact route on Massimo’s portfolio to ask about your registration details. Include enough context to identify your request; do not send a password or activation link.
